The resources here are to support students in writing a discursive essay titled “¿Cuáles son las ventajas e inconvenientes del multiculturalismo en la sociedad actual?”. I take the example of Desirée Ndjambo, the TVE sports presenter, as a person who is representative of Spain becoming a more multicultural society. The reading task is followed by a prose translation which is heavily based on one from a previous examination. The homework task is to write the essay and some ideas are given for advantages and disadvantages. The video is just so students can see Desirée Ndjambo presenting.
